Shall vain words have an end? or what emboldeneth thee that thou answerest? |

我也能說(shuō)你們那樣的話。你們?nèi)籼幵谖业木秤觯乙矔?huì)聯(lián)絡(luò)言語(yǔ)攻擊你們,又能向你們搖頭。 |

I also could speak as ye do: if your soul were in my soul's stead, I could heap up words against you, and shake mine head at you. |

但我必用口堅(jiān)固你們,用嘴消解你們的憂愁。 |

But I would strengthen you with my mouth, and the moving of my lips should asswage your grief. |

我雖說(shuō)話,憂愁仍不得消解。我雖停住不說(shuō),憂愁就離開(kāi)我嗎。 |

Though I speak, my grief is not asswaged: and though I forbear, what am I eased? |

但現(xiàn)在神使我困倦,使親友遠(yuǎn)離我。 |

But now he hath made me weary: thou hast made desolate all my company. |

又抓住我,作見(jiàn)證攻擊我。我身體的枯瘦,也當(dāng)面見(jiàn)證我的不是。 |

And thou hast filled me with wrinkles, which is a witness against me: and my leanness rising up in me beareth witness to my face. |

主發(fā)怒撕裂我,逼迫我,向我切齒。我的敵人怒目看我。 |

He teareth me in his wrath, who hateth me: he gnasheth upon me with his teeth; mine enemy sharpeneth his eyes upon me. |

他們向我開(kāi)口,打我的臉羞辱我,聚會(huì)攻擊我。 |

They have gaped upon me with their mouth; they have smitten me upon the cheek reproachfully; they have gathered themselves together against me. |

神把我交給不敬虔的人,把我扔到惡人的手中。 |

God hath delivered me to the ungodly, and turned me over into the hands of the wicked. |

我素來(lái)安逸,他折斷我,掐住我的頸項(xiàng),把我摔碎。又立我為他的箭靶子。 |

I was at ease, but he hath broken me asunder: he hath also taken me by my neck, and shaken me to pieces, and set me up for his mark. |

I have sewed sackcloth upon my skin, and defiled my horn in the dust. |

My face is foul with weeping, and on my eyelids is the shadow of death; |

Not for any injustice in mine hands: also my prayer is pure. |

Also now, behold, my witness is in heaven, and my record is on high. |

My friends scorn me: but mine eye poureth out tears unto God. |

愿人得與神辯白,如同人與朋友辯白一樣。 |

O that one might plead for a man with God, as a man pleadeth for his neighbour! |

因?yàn)樵龠^(guò)幾年,我必走那往而不返之路。 |

When a few years are come, then I shall go the way whence I shall not return. |
