Some students often fail in the English exams and feel hopeless about the study of English.Don't lose haert. As the prlverb says,"Failure is the mother of success." Now we'll give yor some advice on how to learn English well. We think the most iportant thing is to cultivate an interest.Some students don't like English.Rhat is the problem.But you have to force yourself to read and never give up studying even for a day.By and by you'll become interested in it. Spead more:After all these years' studying of English, you will probably wonder how to further improve your English.When you speak,don't always translate what you want to say from Chinese into English.If you do,you'll get mixed up in some usages.For instance,you'll consider "wait" as a transitive verb, you will never add "to" after "listen",but you might write "sheeps" for the plural form,though you know you are wrong when the mistakes are pointed out. Therefore,to improve your English,you need to practise your spoken—English.That is to say, you should build up the sense of the English language. Grasp any chance to speak English.When you see a desk,for example,have the word in your mind; When you see a clock,you may tell time to yourself in English.In this way,you'll be able to learn English with ease and use it with freedom.You'll be able to tell that "Korea lies to the east of" China",but"Guangzhou lies in the soth of china"without thinking hard. We are leaning English as a foreign language.It is true that we cannot learn it without any grammatical rules.But your sense of grammatical rules come from comstant use of the language.It is unnecessary to write the rules and apply the rules in speaking.In a word,you'll improve your English only by opening your mouth to practise.Practice makes prefect.
